In 2012 the Helvetia Hotel completed a major renovation project. Since the Helvetia is housed in a nineteenth-century mansion protected as a national landmark, the reconstruction accurately preserved all the building’s historic architectural features. As a result, the hotel’s traditional elegance has been harmoniously enhanced by the latest technological solutions.

Superior room. 21 to 30 sq.m. Spacious, elegant classic interiors with a hint of baroque. Choice of one or two beds. Work desk.

Junior suite room. 30 sq m rooms with floors are beautifully parqueted. Each luxurious bathroom is decorated with natural stone and features a spacious oval bath combining functionaity and aesthetic appeal. Classic style dominates room design, accented by select-quality fabrics and stuccowork. The atmosphere of Old Petersburg has been recreated, though sharp-eyed observers will note some smart European features.

Family suite room. 40 sq. m. rooms are designed in contemporary classic style. Each suite has a sitting room and a bedroom separated by a glass wall from each other. A sofa in the sitting room offers an additional sleeping accommodation. Equipped with small kitchenettes and bar tables the suites are an ideal solution for families and for long stay guests. Splendid handmade chandeliers in Murano glass, one and the only in each suite, is one of the most attractive features of this room category.The bathrooms are decorated by natural stone and stocked with toiletry from L’Occitane – natural beauty of Provence. Maximum number of guests: 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children under 12.
